*I was at a time when I was working a lot on myself, I was alone but I felt great, then after a while I needed to communicate with someone to create a connection, I was very active, I went to the gym, meditated, had boxing training, went out for walks, read, bought cool clothes.
But after I started looking for attention and validation from the outside, my downfall began. I started dating girls, some of them really hot, everything was fine until my focus shifted to her, I was only thinking about her, I was thinking to myself "let it go, I'm the best anyway, she likes me anyway".
But here was the problem, I left myself to her, activities I couldn't do it anymore and I can't wait to talk to her.
If you find yourself in this situation, you can't take your mind off of it, and besides, she doesn't even look for you anymore, it's because you forgot about yourself. Start taking care of yourself, loving yourself, putting yourself first!
Do your thing, do what you like and that way you will be stress-free, and the woman, the women you like, will like you too.
Would you be with a person who has no passions? Who has nothing to do with their time?
I do not believe!
So, you know what you have to do, work on yourself constantly, be disciplined, otherwise if you let yourself go, you will forget about yourself, you will fall ill.
Professionals in a field are consistent, disciplined, that's how they get to the top, but it's easier to get there than to stay there.
No one is saying not to relax, but work on yourself.
How to love yourself?
Here are some tools:
->Do sports (you will be much more confident)
->meditate (this way you will be connected to yourself)
-> eat healthy (you will be happier)
-> listen to music, quality music.
->go out into nature.
->take a cold shower (you will be able to control yourself much better.
