These terms and conditions govern your use of the website, purchase of products, and participation in our educational programs. Please read them carefully.
Website thesuperiorman.ro offers educational products and services aimed at personal development, coaching and individual growth of men. The services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age; we do not knowingly collect data from minors, and if we are made aware of such processing, we will promptly delete it upon request.
The services do not constitute medical or psychological services in the clinical sense. The information and programs provided are educational and coaching in nature and do not replace the diagnosis, treatment, or intervention of a licensed specialist (psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, lawyer, financial consultant, etc.).
Definitions
For the purposes of interpreting these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:
- "Platform" – the sites, subdomains and mobile application operated by the Superior Man (e.g.
barbatulsuperior.ro,cursuri.barbatulsuperior.roand mobile app). - "Services" – all digital products, online courses, coaching programs, live events, camps, workshops and functionalities in the application (including games, quizzes, rankings, "Maria" - AI assistant, etc.).
- "User" – any person who visits the Platform or creates an account.
- "Client" – any User who purchases or accesses one or more Services for a fee.
- "Consumer" – Client is a natural person acting for purposes outside his commercial, industrial, production, artisanal or liberal activity, within the meaning of the legislation in force.
- "Account" – the profile created by the User/Client on the Platform, through which he/she can manage his/her data and access to the Services.
- "Subscription" – the method of recurring access (monthly/annual or other indicated frequency) to certain Services, with periodic payment, until termination.
- "Live event" – any face-to-face or online camp, workshop, retreat, bootcamp or seminar, organized at a specific date/place.
- "Force majeure" – external, unpredictable, absolutely invincible and inevitable circumstance, understood according to the Civil Code.
Operator #
This website is offered and administered by MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL, Romanian legal entity, headquartered in Constanța, with serial number in the Trade Register J13 / 2504 / 2020, Unique Registration Code 43114602, bank account RO90 BTRL RONC RT05 6991 3001 opened at Banca Transilvania, share capital 200 RON.
Acceptance & changes #
If you want to use thesuperiorman.ro you must agree to the terms and conditions described. Any access to our website will be considered acceptance of them. We reserve the right to modify the terms without prior notice, if the law requires or the context requires it. The modifications enter into force upon publication; please check this page periodically.
If you do not agree to any changes, please stop using the website.
Notifications of substantial changes. In the event of updates with a significant impact (e.g. changes in the purposes of data processing), we will inform you in advance via the platform and/or email and, where necessary, we will request consent again.
Pre-contractual information (GEO 34/2014) #
- Order steps: add product/service to cart → customer details & billing → choose payment method → order confirmation (email).
- Error correction: before completion you can review and modify the data at each step; after submission, any errors can be reported to contact@barbatulsuperior.ro.
- Contract language: Romanian. Archiving: the contract is stored electronically and is not publicly accessible; confirmation is sent by email.
- Additional charges: Delivery charges (where applicable) and any other costs are displayed before the order is completed.
- Duration: for a fixed period according to the product/subscription description. For subscriptions, are renewed monthly until canceled from the account.
- Right of withdrawal: consumers have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts for goods or services, with legal exceptions (see below). For services started within the 14-day period, the consumer owes an amount proportional to the services already provided.
- Express confirmations upon order completion: for digital content, e-books, online courses, coaching services, workshops, camps or other events with limited places, the Customer may be asked to confirm separately, by ticking, that they understand the nature of the product/service, the start of the provision/delivery, the blocking of the place or the reservation of the interval and the applicable non-refund regime, while maintaining the minimum rights required by law.
Distance contract & acceptance of terms #
By placing an order on the site, the customer concludes a distance contract, subject to the provisions OUG 34 / 2014. Explicit acceptance of the terms (by checking the box) is equivalent to an electronic signature according to Law 365/2002.
Exceptions to withdrawal: (i) digital content not delivered on the material support for which you accepted start of execution and you have acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (art. 16 letter m of GEO 34/2014); (ii) leisure services with a fixed date/period (e.g. workshops, camps) — art. 16 letter l; (iii) other exceptions provided by law.

Information provided through the website #
The processing of your data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may process data for the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests (e.g. security, fraud prevention). Direct marketing (newsletter, remarketing) is carried out only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, without affecting the legality of previous processing.
1) Warranties and product returns #
- 1.1) The materials contained on this website and the information in our products (e-books and/or physical books), including those sent by email, have a role informative and are used at your own risk.
- 1.2) The information on our website and materials/publications should not be interpreted as professional advice.
- 1.3) MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL does not assume responsibility for the results obtained as a result of applying the information in the products; they are for informational and educational purposes. Each user assumes responsibility for the application according to their personal context.
- 1.4) We are not responsible for obscene or offensive content received from other users, but we make efforts to protect you.
- 1.5) We reserve the right to monitor, investigate and remove any obscene/insulting content or content that harms our interests, posted on the website.
- 1.6) Who is digital products / video courses, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply after the start of execution with your express consent, according to art. 16 letter m of GEO 34/2014.
- 1.7) Our commercial policies (e.g. satisfaction guarantees) may provide facilities ADDITIONAL to legal rights; they do not affect the rights conferred by law.
- 1.8) products body can be returned in 14 calendar days from delivery, according to GEO 34/2014, to the extent that it does not fall under the legal exceptions.
- 1.9) Please return the products in the same condition in which they were received. The decrease in the value of the goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning may be imputed, according to the law.
- 1.10) If the product arrives with signs of wear due to external causes (courier), let us know at contact@barbatulsuperior.ro; at your choice, we send another product or refund the money.
- 1.11) Conform art. 16 letter m from OUG 34 / 2014, the consumer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal for digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if the execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer.
- 1.12) Legal guarantee of conformity (physical goods). All goods sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years according to GEO 140/2021. In case of non-conformity, you have the right to repair or replacement, or, under the law, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract.
- 1.13) Digital content/services. We ensure the compliance of digital content and services according to GEO 141/2021, including the provision updates necessary to maintain compliance. In case of non-compliance, we offer you, without undue cost, compliance, price reduction or termination, in accordance with the law.
- 1.14) Services provided during the withdrawal period. If you requested the start of the services within the 14-day period and you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will owe an amount proportional to what was provided up to the time of withdrawal.
- 1.15) Withdrawal form. You can use our form template (see Annex – Withdrawal form) or any unequivocal statement sent by email to contact@barbatulsuperior.ro.
2) Digital product delivery policy (downloadable/downloadable) #
- 2.1) After placing your order, you will be directed to a download page and/or receive an email with instructions.
- 2.2) Downloading the product or receiving the email with the link/instructions represents delivery completion.
- 2.3) If you are unable to download the product, please contact us at maximum 5 working days for a new link.
- 2.4) If you do not contact us within 5 business days of ordering, the product is considered received/downloaded/delivered.
- 2.5) You can download from maximum 3 times în 5 days from purchase; later the link expire.
- 2.6) Link expiration is the customer's responsibility; amounts are not refundable for failure to download on time.
- 2.7) When accessing digital materials (courses, e-books, webinars) the client waives express to the right of withdrawal, according to art. 16 letter m of GEO 34/2014.
- 2.8) Who is e-books, PDFs, audio/video materials, downloadable files, templates, guides, replays, recorded webinars and any other digital content, delivery is considered completed upon making the link, access account, file or access instructions available.
- 2.9) After delivery/access/download, these materials are GRANTS, because the Customer receives immediate access to digital content that can be consumed, copied or downloaded instantly. This rule does not limit the statutory rights regarding non-conformity or non-supply of digital content.
- 2.10) If a link does not work or access is not activated for reasons related to us, the main remedy is to re-provide access, correct the technical error, or send a new link, within a reasonable time.
- 2.11) Lack of use, failure to download on time, loss of access email, change of opinion, lack of time or subjective impossibility of going through the material do not entitle you to a refund after delivery/access, to the extent permitted by law.

3) Physical product delivery policy #
- 3.1) After receiving the order, we process it in maximum 48 hours for confirmation. Untrustworthy orders may be rejected.
- 3.2) During this time, we pack the product and hand it over to the courier.
- 3.3) Delivery time is the responsibility of the courier company; we are not responsible for delays. Please write to us at contact@barbatulsuperior.ro for support.
- 3.4) Upon receipt, please check the package. For visible damage during transport, we recommend notifying us in at most 24–48h for a quick resolution. This recommendation does not limit your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity.
- 3.5) If you report that the product is defective or non-compliant (ideally within 24–48 hours, with photo proof), we will send you another product or refund the amount — according to the law and at your option where applicable.
- 3.6) We are not responsible for adverse weather conditions or other external factors (theft, loss) that prevent delivery; let us know at contact@barbatulsuperior.ro.
- 3.7) Who is articles to wear (e.g.: Superior Man brand t-shirt), please choose the right size according to the table.
- 3.8) The user can request to exchange the product for another size if the one received does not fit.
- 3.9) Payment for transportation for the products on the site is borne by the User, with the exceptions provided for in the offer or by law.
4) Personal development courses #
- 4.1) Users benefit from courses specific to the purchased product, with the aim of acquiring practical skills in communication, relationships and other related areas (psychology, coaching).
- 4.2) The courses are accessible in video format on the platform thinkific and/or in the internal BărbatulSuperior platform. Accounts can be created with third-party providers (e.g. Thinkific/Zoom) for access; the related data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and conditions of those providers.
- 4.3) BárbatulSuperior reserves the right to select clientele in the programs made available, for reasons of compatibility with the program's objectives and the community climate.
- 4.4) Validity of access to courses and digital materials
- 4.4.1) Access is granted depending on the payment method:
- a) Full payment: access for 12 months from payment confirmation, unless the course description states otherwise.
- b) Payment in installments: access during the payment of installments; after the last installment, still 12 months access.
- c) Monthly subscription: access valid during the active period of the subscription; non-payment leads to automatic suspension. Access is not retained after interruption.
- 4.4.2) After the access period expires, BárbatulSuperior may withdraw the course without notice and without obligation to maintain permanent access. The phrase "lifetime", if it appears in the description, means access for a period of indefinite as long as the product is available and the platform is operated in its current form; it does not represent a perpetual hosting guarantee.
- 4.4.3) Maintaining access after expiration can be achieved, at the discretion of BărbatulSuperior, through paid extensions, upgrades or other promotional benefits.
- 4.4.4) The user is responsible for managing access during the validity period; lack of use does not justify extension.
- 4.4.1) Access is granted depending on the payment method:
- 4.5) License to use: upon purchase you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access content for non-commercial purposes. Sharing the account, redistributing materials, recording sessions or making them available to the public without written consent is prohibited.
- 4.6) Digital content/services compliance (OGO 141/2021): we ensure that the digital materials correspond to the description and provide update reasonable during the period of access to maintain compliance. In case of non-compliance, you may request compliance or, if not reasonably possible, price reduction or termination, in accordance with the law.
- 4.7) Technical compatibility: the user provides sufficient equipment and connection to play the materials (modern browser, stable connection). Local technical problems do not, in themselves, create the right to a refund.
- 4.8) No refund for non-use: If the User does not enter the platform, does not follow the courses, does not download the materials, does not complete the assignments or does not use the access during the validity period, the amounts paid are not refunded.
- 4.9) No refund for changing your decision: Change of opinion after purchase, lack of time, lack of discipline to complete, subjective incompatibility of the teaching style or the fact that the User does not obtain the desired result are not grounds for refund.
- 4.10) Remedy for real technical problems: If access cannot be provided for reasons attributable to SuperiorMan, we will remedy the access, extend the affected period or provide an equivalent solution. Refunds are only considered when the remedy or provision becomes impossible or is required by law.
- 4.11) Express confirmation: At checkout, there may be a distinct checkmark by which the Customer confirms that they are requesting immediate access to the course/digital content and understands that, after activating access, the product becomes non-refundable within the limits permitted by law.
5) User access to the BARBATULSUPERIOR platform #
- 5.1) Access takes place through online registration for the purpose of purchasing Goods/Services; the account is personal and non-transferable.
- 5.2) For justified reasons (fraud, abuse, repeated violations of the rules), BărbatulSuperior may restrict access if the user's actions may harm the community or the safety of the platform.
- 5.3) The user accepts the IT solutions and technical rules of the BARBATULSUPERIOR platform and integrated providers (e.g.: Thinkific/Zoom/Stripe).
- 5.4) Access is achieved through the technical means provided by the platform; we recommend strong passwords and keeping the credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from the account is presumed to belong to the holder.
- 5.5) The user undertakes to notify in maximum 5 days any change in identification/contact data; BărbatulSuperior is not liable for damages due to failure to comply with this obligation.
- 5.6) Account deletion: upon request, the account can be deleted, with the retention of data strictly necessary according to legal obligations (e.g.: taxation/guarantees), according to the Privacy Policy.
6) Termination of the agreement. Sanctions #
- 6.1) In case of breach of obligations, Superior Man may apply, gradually or cumulatively, the following measures:
- a) Written warning;
- b) Suspension of access for no more than 7 days or until remediation;
- c) Termination of the agreement and deletion of the account, with loss of access to digital content.
- 6.2) Effects of termination: the license to use terminates; amounts paid for the elapsed period are not refunded, with the exceptions provided for by law or announced commercial policies.
- 6.3) User denunciation: for subscriptions, you can cancel your account at any time; the termination takes effect at the end of the period already invoiced. For payments integrated into packages/installment plans, canceling before the end does not require a refund for the installments already due/paid.
7) Suspension of access #
- 7.1) If after the warning the user continues to violate, SuperiorMan may unilaterally suspend access until 7 days or until remediation.
- 7.2) Failure upon maturity leads to automatic suspension; after payment, the user can request to regain access. In case of chargeback retroactively, access is withdrawn until clarification; we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.
- 7.3) Suspension is communicated by written notification (e-mail) and has the effect of temporarily closing access.
- 7.4) If the non-payment is caused by the payment processor/bank or other independent factors, each party promptly informs the other party; upon remediation, access is reactivated.
- 7.5) Using a false identity, incorrect data, or sharing your account may result in withdrawal of access without refund.
- 7.6) Abusive language, insults, or derogatory behavior towards the team or members may result in suspension/removal without refund.
- 7.7) We are not responsible for third-party products/services promoted through collaborations/external links; complaints are addressed to the third-party provider.
8) Payment of the price #
- 8.1) Prices can be expressed in RON, USD or EUR; when expressed in RON, they include VAT (where applicable).
- 8.2) The User freely decides to purchase Goods/Services.
- 8.3) The period for which the product is purchased can be for a fixed period (usually 12 months) or for the duration of an installment/subscription plan. The wording "lifetime" has the meaning in Section 4.4.2.
- 8.4) The invoice is sent electronically (to your account or via email to the address on your account). You agree to receive invoices in electronic format.
- 8.5) Online payments are processed through Stripe (3D Secure, PCI DSS). MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL does not store card data.
- 8.6) Currency conversions (USD/EUR→RON) are made at the exchange rate NBR of the day or at your bank's exchange rate; minor differences may occur due to bank/conversion fees, borne by the client.
- 8.7) Subscriptions: authorize recurring billing at the chosen interval. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
- 8.8) Price changes: we will notify with minimum 30 days before renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new period.
- 8.9) If funds are insufficient, Stripe retries maximum 2 times. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be terminated and access will be revoked; you can reactivate it after updating your payment method.
- 8.10) Trade policies (satisfaction guarantees, conditional "money-back" etc.) may exist for certain products and do not affect the statutory rights of consumers. If requested, proof of browsing may include screenshots, uploaded files and other reasonable records.
- 8.11) When paying in installments, the user undertakes to pay the established installments in full; failure to pay will lead to suspension of access and, if applicable, legal measures.
- 8.12) Account and access are personal, non-transferable; sharing access will result in permanent suspension without refund and, where applicable, liability for damages.
- 8.13) Digital delivery: watching the first video/downloading the materials constitutes proof of delivery of the digital product and may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal according to GEO 34/2014 art. 16 letter m, if you consented to the start of execution.
- 8.14) Obvious pricing errors: in the event of obvious technical or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order with immediate notification to the customer and reimbursement of the amounts paid.
- 8.15) Official communications are made via email to the address on the account; notifications are considered received in maximum 24h from sending.
- 8.16) Complaints, SAL & ANPC: Complaints are first sent to contact@barbatulsuperior.ro, for amicable resolution. Consumers can use national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms and/or notify the ANPC, according to the law. The European ODR/ODR platform has been closed at EU level since 20 July 2025, so it is no longer indicated as an active mechanism.
- 8.17) General commercial rule of non-reimbursement: coaching, digital courses, e-books, downloadable materials, camps, workshops, retreats, bootcamps and events with limited space are non-refundable after payment/access/registration, except in situations where the Provider cannot provide the service, there is an unremedied legal non-compliance or a mandatory provision of law requires otherwise.
- 8.18) Payment in installments: Choosing to pay in installments does not transform the product/service into a freely cancellable subscription. The customer owes all installments assumed for the purchased product or program, with the exceptions expressly provided by law or contract.
- 8.19) Unjustified chargeback: Initiating a chargeback/chargeback after access delivery, site blocking or service provision may result in suspension of access, recovery of damages and transmission of proof of delivery/service to the payment processor.
- 8.20) Legal rights remain applicable: no clause in this document limits the consumer's rights that cannot be waived by contract, including rights regarding non-conformity, non-delivery, payment error or non-performance attributable to the Provider.
9) Payment methods #
- 9.1) Ways available on the BárbatulSuperior / BARBATULSUPERIOR platform:
- Full payment of the product;
- Payment in monthly installments (installment plan);
- Monthly subscription with automatic renewal;
- Bank transfer (payment order);
- Refunds by courier donate for physical products (where available).
- 9.2) The customer chooses the desired payment method available for the respective product. For digital content, cash on delivery is not available.
- 9.3) Once the method is chosen and the order is completed, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the site.
- 9.4) For card payments, authentication applies 3D Secure. Card details are processed by Stripe; we do not have access to them.
10) School of Masculinity — Alpha Man Academy #
Program dedicated to the personal and professional development of men. Participation requires compliance with the rules of this chapter, in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of the platform.
- Eligibilityminimum 18 years.
- Format: online sessions + physical meetings (workshops, practical exercises).
- Video platform: BarbatulSuperior (with Zoom/Thinkific integration, where applicable).
- Dedicated group: WhatsApp (communication, support, resources).
- The payment: full / in installments / monthly subscription (see Section 8 and Section 9).
1. Purpose of the Services #
- Online group meetings – recorded and subsequently posted on the course platform for access during the validity period (see Section 4.4).
- Monthly physical meetings – organized in previously communicated locations; may include practical exercises/role-play.
- WhatsApp group – private space for communication, mutual support and sharing of resources between participants.
2. Registration and participation #
- 2.1) Registration is completed after completing the form and paying the fee (according to Section 8 and Section 9).
- 2.2) Participants comply with the communicated rules for meetings, gatherings, and interaction in the WhatsApp group.
- 2.3) BarbatulSuperior reserves the right to refuse/interrupt access to persons who violate the standards of conduct (offensive language, harassment, incitement to hatred, illegal sharing of materials).
- 2.4) Price & payment methods: the program can be paid integral, in rates or monthly subscription; non-payment leads to automatic suspension (see Section 7).
3. Online group meetings #
- 3.1) The meetings follow a pre-established calendar, available on the platform.
- 3.2) All sessions are recorded and made available on the platform exclusively for registered students, for the duration of the access validity.
- 3.3) Participation implies agreement to be registered for internal educational use. Promotional uses of materials that can identify the participant are made only with explicit consentotherwise, exclusively anonymized fragments are used (masked voice/images, names omitted).
- 3.4) Participants agree to the terms of the coaching sessions set out in Section 11 (rules for live coaching/mentoring).
- 3.5) Homework:
- a) Assignments are an essential part of the learning process and are uploaded to the platform by the communicated deadline.
- b) Instructions are provided by the organizer; feedback can be individual or group.
- c) Failure to meet deadlines may affect progress and access to additional resources/bonuses.
4. Monthly physical meetings #
- 4.1) Held monthly, at locations announced at least 7 days in advance. Places may be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 4.2) Transportation/accommodation/personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant; venue rules must be followed.
- 4.3) The location/date may be adjusted for organizational reasons or force majeure; personal tickets/reservations are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- 4.4) Health & safety: participants declare that they are fit for the proposed activities and assume the reasonable associated risks. The organizer may refuse participation if it considers that the activity poses a risk to the person concerned or to others.
5. WhatsApp group #
- 5.1) Exclusive access for active participants in the program; upon suspension/termination of access, the participant may be removed from the group.
- 5.2) Respectful language and behavior is maintained; offensive content, spam, or inappropriate information is prohibited.
- 5.3) WhatsApp is a third-party service (Meta Platforms). Data is processed in accordance with WhatsApp policies, including possible transfers outside the EU. We recommend avoiding sharing sensitive data. Violations may result in removal without notice and without refund.
6. Privacy #
- 6.1) Information discussed in meetings, physical and group meetings is confidential and intended exclusively for participants.
- 6.2) It is prohibited to disclose information about other members or course content without the written consent of the organizer.
- 6.3) The recorded/distributed materials are for personal use; sharing, publishing or commercializing them is prohibited.
7. Refund Policy #
- 7.1) The participation fee is non-refundable after payment confirmation, because registration reserves access to the program, resources, group, places and/or operational support.
- 7.2) Non-participation, partial participation, lack of time, change of decision, non-use of materials or voluntary interruption of the program do not entitle to reimbursement or compensation.
- 7.3) For the digital content provided (recordings, resources), the rules in Section 1 and Section 4, including art. 16 letter m of GEO 34/2014 and GEO 141/2021.
- 7.4) In exceptional circumstances, the Provider may offer, exclusively at its own discretion and without legal/commercial obligation, rescheduling, internal credit or transfer to a future edition, without this constituting a refund or mandatory precedent.
- 7.5) If the program is permanently canceled by the Organizer for reasons attributable to it and no equivalent alternative is offered, the Client's legal rights apply.
8. Intellectual Property Rights #
- 8.1) All materials (video, audio, documents, presentations) are protected by copyright and belong to MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL.
- 8.2) Distribution/reproduction/modification of materials without written consent is prohibited.
9. Responsibilities and limitations #
- 9.1) The organizer provides a safe, inclusive and progress-oriented environment.
- 9.2) Results depend on individual involvement and effort; specific results are not guaranteed.
- 9.3) The organizer is not responsible for technical problems, delays or unforeseen changes to the program, within the limits of the law.
10. Force majeure #
Unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, etc.) may justify rescheduling or cancellations without responsibility on the part of the organizer (see also Section 8).

11) Terms and conditions for coaching sessions #
This chapter applies exclusively to coaching sessions (individual or group) and supplements the General Terms and Conditions of the site. In case of inconsistency, this chapter prevails for coaching-specific aspects.
1. Definitions #
- Provider: MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL, CIF 43114602, headquartered in Constanta; contact: contact@barbatulsuperior.ro.
- Benefit: the natural/legal person who purchases or participates in coaching sessions; minimum age 18 years.
- Coaching services: individual or group sessions, online or in person, for support in personal/professional goals.
2. Scope of services #
Coaching is a collaborative process through which the Provider facilitates the clarification of objectives, identification of resources, and construction of an action plan. Coaching is not psychological therapy, financial/legal/medical advice and does not involve "prescribed" solutions. The beneficiary remains responsible for decisions and results.
- Possible topics: personal and professional development, leadership, time management, self-confidence, relationships, overcoming obstacles.
- Structure: initial session (needs + goals) → follow-up sessions (strategy, monitoring, adjustment) → personalized tools/exercises.
- Formats: individual (1–on–1), group; online (e.g.: Zoom/Teams) or physical (agreed location).
- Duration & frequency: standard 60 minutes/session; agreed rhythm (weekly/bimonthly/monthly).
- Substitution: in objective cases, the Provider may temporarily replace the coach with another team member, with prior notice.
3. Scheduling, modification, cancellation #
- Schedule a consultation: via platform/email/phone (contact details on the website). Confirmation is sent via email/SMS (date, time and, if online, access link). It is recommended to plan all sessions in the package in advance.
- Modify: can be requested with minimum 24 hours before; rescheduling is subject to availability (max. 1 free rescheduling/session).
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: with minimum 24 hours before → the meeting can be rescheduled only once, subject to availability. Under 24h, no-show, unannounced delay or non-participation for reasons related to the Beneficiary → the meeting is considered performed/consumed and is GRANT.
- Delays: under 15 min → the session continues without extension; over 15 min without notification → the session is considered canceled and non-refundable. An exceptional rescheduling may be granted for justified reasons, only once.
- Online – technical conditions: The Beneficiary ensures stable connection and functional equipment. Technical problems of the Beneficiary do not automatically give rise to rescheduling, except in cases immediately announced and considered justified by the Provider.
- Start of service in 14 days (OG 34/2014): if you request the start of the service before the expiry of the legal withdrawal period, you may lose your right of withdrawal and/or you will owe a proportional amount for the services already provided.
- Rescheduling by the Provider: in objective cases (unavailability, technical problems) the meeting is rescheduled by mutual agreement; the value of that meeting is not reimbursed.
4. Payment for services #
- Current rates are displayed on thesuperiorman.ro (VAT included, where applicable).
- Accepted methods: credit card, bank transfer; (where available) cash on delivery for physical products. Sessions take place only after payment confirmation.
- Validity: purchased sessions are valid 30 days from purchase (or agreed date). Failure to collect them on time will result in their loss, without refund/compensation. For packages ≥4 sessions, the validity can be extended up to 60 days, upon request, by written agreement.
- repayment: coaching services are non-refundable after payment. Payment reserves the interval, preparation and availability of the Provider. If the Beneficiary does not participate, withdraws, is late, does not use the package on time or does not implement the recommendations, the amounts are not returned. Exceptions only if the Provider cannot honor the service for reasons belonging to it or the law requires otherwise. A scheduled/started session is considered consumed.
5. Privacy & data protection #
- The provider maintains the confidentiality of information from the sessions. The beneficiary commits to the same conduct, including in group sessions.
- Exceptions: legal obligation; imminent risk to life/safety; written consent of the Beneficiary.
- The meetings not registered audio/video without consent written of both parties.
- Data is managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation (including GDPR). Processing may take place through third-party providers (Zoom/WhatsApp/Thinkific/Stripe); upon request, data can be deleted/anonymized in accordance with the retention policy.
6. Responsibilities, limitations, termination #
- provider: ensures a safe and ethical environment; provides guidance and tools within the limits of competence; can recommend specialized services when necessary.
- beneficiary: actively participates, sets clear objectives, implements the decided actions and ensures adequate conditions (private space, stable connection).
- limitation: results are not guaranteed; The provider does not provide medical/psychological/legal/financial services and is not responsible for external factors or misinterpretations of information.
- Termination: the collaboration may be terminated for inappropriate conduct, lack of involvement or requests outside of coaching; future sessions are canceled without refund, except in cases where the Provider cannot provide services for reasons attributable to him or the law requires otherwise.
- Limitation of liability: any financial liability of the Provider is limited to the value of the affected session(s) or, as the case may be, to the equivalent value of the unconsumed package.
7. Force majeure #
The provider cannot be held responsible for delays/cancellations caused by unforeseeable events (e.g. major utility outages, cyber attacks, disasters, pandemics). Rescheduling will be done reasonably.
8. Modification of terms #
The Provider may update this chapter. The version in force is the one published on the website; the Beneficiary is responsible for consulting it periodically.
9. Applicable law & dispute resolution #
- The contract is governed by Romanian law.
- Disputes are attempted amicably; otherwise, they are resolved by the competent courts in Constanta. Consumers may use the applicable ADR/ANPC mechanisms, according to the law; the European ODR/SOL platform is no longer active.

This chapter regulates participation in the camps and workshops organized by us. It applies together with the General Terms and Conditions; for event-specific aspects, the provisions below take precedence.

1) Organizer #
The events are organized by MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL, J13/2504/2020, CIF 43114602, headquarters: Str. IL Caragiale no. 45, Constanța. The organizer ensures the logistical framework (location, trainers, materials) and the smooth running of the activities.
2) Purpose of events #
The objective is the personal development of participants (coaching, applied psychology, relational dynamics, etc.), through:
- theoretical and practical sessions;
- individual and group exercises;
- outdoor activities, where appropriate;
- personalized feedback from trainers.
3) Eligibility & Conduct #
- Age: minimum 18 years and full legal capacity.
- Health: the participant confirms a physical and mental condition suitable for the activities; in case of known conditions, he/she consults his/her doctor and informs the Organizer about the limitations. The Organizer may refuse participation in certain activities if it considers that there is a risk.
- substance: drugs and alcohol abuse are prohibited. Behavior under the influence attracts exclusion without refund.
- Conduct: respect, appropriate language, no harassment; respect for the personal boundaries of others and safety/location instructions. It is forbidden to bring weapons or dangerous objects. The organizer may refuse/terminate the participation of people with dangerous or disruptive behavior, without reimbursement.
- Personal belongings: each participant is responsible for their own belongings. The organizer is not responsible for any losses/thefts occurring at the location.
4) Registration & payment #
- Sign up: via online form and payment of fee according to the event page. Places are allocated in order of payment confirmations.
- The : bank card / bank transfer (see also Section 9The invoice is sent electronically.
- choice: full payment / in installments / by subscription (where offered). Failure to pay on due date may result in suspension and loss of place.
- Third-party services: accommodation/transportation are not included, unless explicitly stated in the event description; their contracting is done directly with third-party suppliers.
- Legal withdrawal: for events with fixed date/period, does not apply 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 16 letter l of GEO 34/2014 – fixed-date leisure services).
- Blocking the place: by confirming the payment, the Client understands that he/she occupies a limited place, and the Organizer reserves it to the detriment of other potential participants. For this reason, the fee is non-refundable after registration, with the exceptions expressly provided by law or in the event of definitive cancellation by the Organizer.
5) Cancellation & no-show policy #
- By participant:
- After payment confirmation, the fee for camps, workshops, retreats, bootcamps and events with limited space is GRANTRegistration blocks a place and incurs costs/logistics in favor of the participant.
- No refunds are given for change of decision, lack of time, personal reasons, inability to participate, no-show, delay, early departure from the event, or failure to fully utilize the included benefits.
- The transfer of the place to another person can be accepted only once, only with the written consent of the Organizer, at the latest by 7 days before and only if the proposed person meets the eligibility conditions.
- At the sole discretion of the Organizer, without obligation and without precedent, internal credit or participation in a future edition may be offered, if logistics allow.
- By the Organizer: if the event is definitively cancelled by the Organizer for reasons attributable to it and no rescheduling or equivalent alternative is offered, the fee is refunded according to the law. The Organizer may reschedule/change the location for organizational or force majeureThird-party costs (transportation, accommodation, other personal arrangements) are not covered.
- Minimum number: events may be subject to a minimum number of participants; if not reached, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled. In the event of a definitive cancellation without alternative, the participant's legal rights apply.
6) Responsibilities #
- participant: follows safety rules and instructions, shows up with appropriate equipment (where applicable), participates actively and avoids any conduct that may create risk to self or others.
- organizer: provides the necessary framework, materials and trainers and takes reasonable care for safety; may adapt the program for weather/logistical conditions.
- Liability: The Organizer is not liable for material losses/accidents caused by the participant's negligence or failure to follow instructions. Any financial liability of the Organizer is limited to the equivalent of the participation fee paid for the affected event.
- Damage to the location: the participant is responsible for any damage caused by him to the property of the location or other participants.
7) Privacy & personal data #
- The collected data is used for organization (participant list, communications, event group) and is processed according to Privacy policies and applicable legislation (including GDPR). Operational communication: email and/or WhatsApp (third-party service subject to its own policies); we recommend not sharing sensitive data in the group.
- Participants maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared in the group.
- Photo / Video: The organizer may create materials for the archive. Use for promotional purposes is only with consent visible people or with appropriate anonymization (blurring, masked voice).
8) Risks & disclaimer #
- Participation involves assuming inherent risks (physical and emotional), especially in outdoor activities. Travel/health insurance is recommended, if applicable.
- The events are for educational purposes; specific results are not guaranteed. Progress depends on the involvement of each participant.
9) Intellectual property #
The materials provided (supports, presentations, exercises) are protected by copyright; use is permitted personal, non-commercial use only, no distribution/reproduction without written consent.
10) Force majeure #
In unpredictable situations (e.g. extreme weather conditions, pandemics, disasters, major disruptions), the Organizer may postpone, reschedule, modify or cancel the event, with no other obligations than the reimbursement of the participation fee, as applicable (see also Section 8).
11) Dispute resolution #
Disputes are resolved amicably; in the absence of a solution, jurisdiction belongs to the Romanian courts, according to the law. Consumers can use the applicable ADR/ANPC mechanisms; the European ODR/SOL platform is no longer active.
12) Acceptance of terms #
By registering, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted this chapter, together with the General Terms and Conditions of the site.
13) Subscription Policy #
By subscribing to the website and/or newsletter, you express your agreement to receive electronic communications from us (news, articles, offers, announcements about programs and events).
- Frequency & content: we send relevant communications for personal development, courses, workshops and product updates. We may segment the content based on your expressed interests.

The platform may use algorithms to personalize content (course recommendations, challenges, quizzes, next-step suggestions), calculate leaderboard scores, and limit abuse (rate limiting, detection of repeated login attempts, message filtering). These processes do not produce legal effects and does not significantly affect your rights, within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR. You can always request clarification or human intervention from us for important decisions that concern you.
6) Data retention #
- Inactive accounts: deletion/anonymization after 12 MONTHS of inactivity.
- Tax/accounting dataminimum 10 years (according to the law).
- Support ticketing: up to 24 months since closing.
- Security logs: 12 months (or as much as the law allows in case of incidents).
- Marketing: until consent/opposition is withdrawn; we keep it on the suppression list to stop contacting you.
- Session recordings: during the course access + up to 24 months after expiration, then anonymization or deletion.

- Encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted passwords (e.g. bcrypt/argon2), firewall/WAF, periodic backups, access logging, environment separation (prod/test), access reviews, two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
- Access to data is limited to authorized personnel and contractual partners, on the principle of the need to know and data minimization.
- Accident: in the event of a breach that may affect your rights, we notify ANSPDCP within a maximum of 72 hours and, when necessary, we inform you without undue delay.
9) The "Superior Man" mobile application #
Data collected: profile, authentication (encrypted password/biometric optional), educational progress, chatbot interactions, personal diaries (optional), token for push notifications (with consent). Basis: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and consent (notifications/logs). You can disable notifications in your device settings. Recommendation: avoid including sensitive data in logs; you can export/delete them from your account.
10) Cookies (summary) #
- The nature: locally saved text files for essential functions, analytics and marketing.
- Types: strictly necessary (login/cart), analyze (traffic/errors), function (preferences), marketing (remarketing/ads).
- Consent: we use a mechanism of consent management (banner) on your first visit; you can change your options at any time in "Cookie Settings". We keep evidence of consent for max. 12 months.

"Maria" is an educational conversation simulation tool designed to practice communication and emotional clarity. It applies in conjunction with the General Terms and Privacy policy.
16.1) Access #
- Access is allowed exclusively to Users with valid account and active course on the BarbatulSuperior platform.
- The service is intended for people of 18+We reserve the right to limit/suspend access (e.g. maintenance, abuse, violation of rules).
16.2) Purpose of use #
Maria supports personal development, training communication skills and exploring male–female dynamics through simulated conversations. Nu offers therapy, psychological, medical, legal or financial counseling.
16.3) Limitations & liability #
- The answers are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, generalizations, or incomplete content. They nu represents the official position of MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL
- The user assumes full responsibility for the way in which interpret and apply the information.
- Don't rely exclusively on Maria for critical personal/professional decisions.
16.4) Privacy & data protection #
- Implicit, we do not store the content of conversations with Maria and we do not associate it with the user's identity.
- There may be minimal technical logging (anonymized/pseudonymized) for security and operation (e.g. rate limiting, errors), managed according to Section 15.
- If the User explicitly opts (Opt-in) to save a learning log, the Privacy Policy applies (GDPR rights, retention periods, deletion on request).
- The data is not used for marketing profiling and they are not sold.
- Conversation-based model improvement is happening only if you explicitly choose this (Opt-in); in the absence of consent, the data is not used for this purpose.
16.4.1) Data, Technical Logging & Security Core #
- Data that can be processed: account identifier, language, settings, timestamp, interaction type, number of messages, technical errors, aggregated performance data and, only if the User explicitly chooses, content saved in the personal log.
- Data that the User does not have to enter: passwords, card data, CNP, sensitive medical data, excessive intimate information, data about third parties without consent or illegal content.
- Security Core: we can use automated abuse prevention rules, rate limiting, spam detection, blocking dangerous prompts, protection against system exploitation, and pseudonymized technical logs.
- No automated legal decisions: Maria, scores, rankings or security filters do not, on their own, produce decisions with significant legal effect on the User; where necessary, important decisions can be reviewed by a human operator.
16.5) Intellectual property rights & licenses #
- The conversational architecture, technical implementation, and associated materials are the intellectual property of MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL.
- Your inputs (texts/files) belong to you; Outputs generated may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the rights of third parties and these Terms.

- Use Maria with respect and ethics — illegal, violent, discriminatory, obscene, harassing, hateful or infringing content is prohibited.
- Technical exploitation (spam, scraping, unauthorized automation, attempts to bypass security measures).
- Do not use Maria to request/get directions for activities ilegale or harmful.
- Violations can lead to suspension or account closure, without refund (see also Section 7).
- Discussions can address topics of relationships and sexuality in a mature and respectful setting. Explicit content, pornographic content, exploitation of minors, or requests that violate the law are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate access being blocked.
16.7) Safety & well-being #
Maria is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about self-harm, call 112 or contact specialized services. For emotional difficulties, contact a licensed professional.
16.8) Technical limitations & fair use #
- We can apply rate limiting, message/day limits and automated restrictions to protect service stability.
- Availability may vary (maintenance, updates). We do not guarantee operation. UPS.
16.9) Disclaimer #
MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL is not responsible for decisions or actions taken as a result of interactions with Maria. The purpose is strictly EDUCATION and exploratoryOur liability, if any, is limited in accordance with the General Terms.
17) Terms of Use – Customer Support Chat (AI) #
17.1) Operation #
- Service automated 24/7 for general information about the account, orders, courses and the operation of the platform.
- The answers may be indicative and may contain errors or update latencies.
17.2) Escalation to human operator #
At your request, the conversation can be taken over by a human operator Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (EET/EEST), via chat request or contact form. Response time may vary depending on volume.
17.3) Data & privacy #
- Conversations with AI are not stored as a transcript, except for minimal technical (anonymized) logging for security/diagnostics, managed in accordance with Section 15.
- If you request human contact or the opening of a ticket, we will process the strictly necessary data (identification, contact, context) — see also retention for ticketing în policy.
17.4) Limitations #
AI Chat nu offers legal, psychological advice or personalized recommendations with professional value. For official answers or complex requests, contact the BarbatulSuperior team.
17.5) Conduct & security #
- Abusive language, spam, illegal content, or misuse of the service is prohibited. Violations may result in access being restricted/suspended.
- Nu transmit passwords, card details, CNP or other sensitive information in chat. For account actions we can request identity verification (e.g.: email/SMS confirmation).
17.6) Non-liability #
MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI responses. Please verify essential information before acting.

17.8) Technical limitations & fair use #
- We can apply rate limiting and anti-abuse filters to ensure service availability.

17.9) Feedback & rating support conversations #
- After closing a ticket, we can show you a simple feedback form (e.g. 1–5 star rating and optional comment) to evaluate the support experience.
- This feedback is optional and, if you provide it, it will be associated with the ticket and used internally to improve the service and, where appropriate, for team training.
- Comments can be used in the format Anonymizer in internal reports; separate consent will be requested for use as a public testimonial.
The retention period for data from support tickets is usually up to 24 months from closing, according to the Privacy Policy.
18) Free sessions — webinars, demo classes & meetups #
18.1) Definition & purpose #
Webinars, masterclasses, demo classes, trial coaching sessions and other events are included. free of chargePurpose: informative, indicative and promotional; they do not automatically establish a contractual or therapeutic relationship.
18.2) Participation & eligibility #

- The recorded content may be used for educational/promotional purposes, respecting your dignity and choices. Mask/deletion requests apply to future uses, within the limits of technical possibilities; uses already made remain AVAILABLE.
18.5) Conduct #
- Respectful and non-disruptive behavior is required. Unauthorized sharing of links, spamming, or unauthorized screen/content capture is prohibited.
- The organizer may immediately remove participants who violate the rules, without further obligations.
18.6) No-shows, rescheduling & changes #
- Failure to notify absence (no-show) may lead to loss of place in future editions and/or exclusion from priority lists.
- Free events can be rescheduled or CANCELED for organizational reasons or force majeure; third-party expenses (transport/accommodation) are not compensated.
- Access to registration, where available, may be limited in time and not guaranteed for all participants.
18.7) Data & privacy #
- The data collected for registration (name, email, etc.) is used for operational communications (link, reminders) and for post-event feedback, based on the contract/legitimate interest.
- Further marketing communications are sent only with consent (see Section 13 and Section 15).
- Third-party platforms (e.g. Zoom/YouTube/Meta) may collect data according to their own policies.
19) Reviews, feedback & testimonials submitted by users #

By submitting a review, testimonial (written/audio/video) or feedback (email, form, WhatsApp, social media, etc.), you agree MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL a license non-exclusive, free, global, transferable and sublicensable, to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, translate, combine and publicly communicate the material for the purpose promotional, informative or educational, without financial obligations to you.
19.2) Copyright & usage #
- The material can be used on the website, sales pages, social networks, newsletter, paid ads, printed materials and presentations.
- We reserve the right to edit for clarity/length without altering the meaning; we can adapt the format (subtitles, cropping, transcriptions).
- The license is granted for the duration of the legal copyright protection; you can request withdrawal for future useThe withdrawal does not affect materials already published/printed.
19.3) Anonymous publication #
If you want publication anonymity (initials, no photo/voice), explicitly mention it; we will respect the option. You can later request masking/deletion for future uses, within the limits of technical possibilities; this does not affect the legality of previous uses.
19.4) Authenticity, Moderation & Accountability #
- You declare on your own responsibility that the testimonial reflects a real personal experience, without violating the rights of third parties (including the right to image and privacy).
- We reserve the right to request proof of purchase/participation and to refuse/remove content that is false, defamatory, obscene, illegal or contains personal data of other people.
- Reviews received in exchange for a benefit (incentivized reviews) will be marked accordingly, if any.
- Individual results VARY; testimonials do not guarantee similar results for all users.

The results must be viewed with discernment; they cannot alone substantiate decisions with major impact (medical, legal, financial, psychological). The results may vary over time depending on the context and the data provided.

- Use is permitted personal, non-commercial use only; copying, redistribution, scrapingCPC or reverse engineering without written consent.

20.4) Personal data & privacy #
- The data entered (e.g. name, email, answers, scores) is processed according to Privacy Policy (GDPR rights, deletion on request).
- We use them to transmit results, make personalized recommendations and improve the experience (legitimate interest/consent, as applicable).
- Scores can be kept up to 12 months for personal history and aggregated analysis; you can request deletion at any time.

Groups are not intended for reporting emergencies or personal crises. In such situations, contact emergency services or a licensed professional.

We reserve the right to modify/improve security measures without notice, depending on the evolution of risks and technology.
23.13) Security Core, anti-fraud & operational protection #
- Security Core represents the set of technical, procedural and algorithmic measures through which we protect the site, application, accounts, payments, digital content, rankings, challenges and AI functions.
- We may collect and analyze technical logs, IPs, user agents, session identifiers, authentication events, failed attempts, abnormal behaviors, anti-spam signals, risk scores, and integrity events, to the extent necessary for security and fraud prevention.
- We can temporarily or permanently limit access, request additional verifications, reset tokens, suspend points/badges, block scraping attempts, automation, multiple accounts, or unauthorized access.
- Security Core data is used for protection, diagnostics, auditing, rights defense, and legal compliance, not for the sale of personal data.
24) Using the "Superior Man" mobile application #
24.1) Definition & purpose #
The "Superior Man" mobile application is intended for users with a valid account, for access to courses, exercises, worksheets, videos, the "Maria" AI simulator, diary and progress tracking.
24.2) Compatibility & availability #
Compatible with Android/iOS (recent versions). Operation on all devices is not guaranteed; there may be interruptions for maintenance/updates or according to legal obligations.
24.3) Intellectual property rights #
The interface, code, educational materials and design elements are the exclusive property of MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRLCopying, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
24.4) Authentication & data protection #
- Email/password based access and, where available, biometric/token methods.
- Passwords are stored encrypted; connections are secured via HTTPS/TLS.
- Data processed: account identifiers, course progress, application activity, feedback. Processing is done in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
Data saved and transmitted by the application. Depending on the functions used, the application may save locally and/or transmit to the server: account data, authentication sessions, course progress, challenge completions, quizzes, score, level, settings, notifications, feedback, security logs, errors/crashes, performance data and metadata regarding interactions with Maria AI. The data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and available settings.
24.5) Specific functionalities — AI simulator "Maria" & feedback #
- Maria has an educational/recreational role, does not provide psychological/medical/legal counseling.
- Responses are automatically generated; the user remains responsible for how the information is used.
- We do not store the content of conversations; to prevent abuse we can keep anonymized metadata (e.g. timestamp, interaction volume) and apply automatic limitation measures.
- Abusive language or inappropriate use is prohibited; access may be restricted/suspended.
- Automated feedback (texts/visual indicators) is algorithmically generated and does not replace human evaluation.
- Mental health note: The recommendations, messages or scenarios generated in the application do not constitute diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing significant emotional difficulties, please consult a psychologist, psychiatrist or licensed physician. In case of emergency, immediately contact emergency services (112) or specialized crisis lines.
- AI Transparency in the App: the interface must clearly indicate that Maria is an AI assistant/conversational simulator, not a real person and not a licensed specialist.
24.6) Local storage & synchronization #
Some data may be kept locally and later synchronized with the servers. The user is responsible for performing periodic synchronizations to avoid data loss upon uninstall/reset.
Responsibility for backup. Although we implement reasonable synchronization mechanisms, the user remains responsible for checking the synchronization status and exporting critical notes or journals in a timely manner. Uninstalling the application without prior synchronization may result in the loss of local data, without our obligation to recover it.
24.7) Account & App Deletion #
Upon request, the account can be permanently deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the application does not automatically delete the account or associated data. We may retain some minimal records when required by law (e.g., tax).
24.8) Limitation of liability #
- We are not responsible for device limitations, technical errors, or data loss caused by lack of synchronization.
- The emotional discomfort resulting from interactions with Maria is assumed by the user; the application does not substitute psychological support.
- The application is not intended for reporting emergencies; in critical situations, contact emergency services.
24.9) Payments & subscriptions #
Certain features (premium courses, advanced interactions) may require subscription, rates or full payment pe www.barbatulsuperior.roProcessing is done exclusively through the web platform; the terms in the "Payments & Refunds" sections apply.
24.10) Ranking & Monthly "Superior Man" Contest #
- scores: course progress, completed challenges, quizzes/homework, Maria interactions, relevant feedback, consistency.
- Reset: monthly; points do not carry over.
- Awards: Top 3 — 50% / 25% / 15% discounts on courses. Discounts are not cumulative; valid for 30 days from announcement.
- Claim: within 3 days of results being displayed, through the support channel indicated in the application.
- Integrity: Attempts at fraud/abuse/multiple accounts will result in disqualification. Taxes/tax implications for prizes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
- Non-gambling. The system of points, badges and prizes does not constitute gambling, as it does not involve random financial stakes; it is a gamification mechanism based on activity and educational progress.
- Challenges & rankings: Challenges, points, badges, and discounts are educational and motivational tools. They may be adjusted, invalidated, or withdrawn if there is fraud, abuse, technical errors, or violation of community guidelines.
24.11) Competition regulations #
- Eligible: valid account and consent to display in the ranking (you can set a pseudonym).
- The system may penalize spam and will audit scores; clarifications may be requested. Organizer's decisions are final.
- Notifications regarding the contest are sent from the application; we respond within a reasonable time.
24.12) Consent & ranking data #
- Requires consent to display name/pseudonym, level and sCORE.
- Withdrawing consent removes the user from the ranking and from eligibility for prizes.
- The data related to the contest is used exclusively for ranking and awards; it is not transmitted to third parties.
24.13) Other provisions #

We reserve the right to adjust the points calculation algorithm, ranking criteria or eligibility conditions to maintain the fairness and integrity of the system (e.g.: preventing abuse, adjusting the impact of certain activities). Essential changes will be communicated in the application.
24.14) App Permissions & Third-Party SDKs #
- Possible permissions (requested when needed): Camera & Microphone (live calls/voice notes), Photos/Files (upload themes), Notifications, Local storage, Network access. You can revoke at any time in your device settings; some features may become unavailable.
- Diagnostics & crash reporting: we may use services like Crashlytics/Sentry for errors and stability (anonymized/pseudonymized technical data).
- Analytics: we can measure usage for improvement purposes (aggregate events). Details in Privacy policy.
- Crash & usage analytics. We may automatically collect aggregate technical data (errors, application version, device model, OS version, frequently used screens) to identify bugs and improve performance. This data is not used to make individual decisions with legal or similar impact on you.
SDKs, transmitted data and minimization. Third-party SDK integration is for purposes such as authentication, notifications, crash reporting, aggregate analytics, payments, security, and distribution through app stores. We limit the data transmitted to what is necessary for functionality, security, diagnostics, or expressed consent.
24.15) Push notifications #
- We send notifications for progress, reminders, updates, and announcements. Opt-in is with consent; you can opt-out at any time in your device or app settings.
- The frequency is reasonable and may vary depending on your activity in the app.
24.16) Distribution through app stores #
- By installing, you also agree to the terms of the relevant store (Google Play / Apple App Store). These platforms may be third party beneficiaries of this agreement.
- Apple/Google are not responsible for support, maintenance, warranties, or claims resulting from the use of the application. For assistance, contact contact@barbatulsuperior.ro.
24.17) License to use #
A license is granted. personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive to install and use the application on your devices, strictly for permitted purposes. It is prohibited: circumvention of technical measures, scraping, decompilation/disassembly (except as permitted by law), use for unfair competition or violation of third party rights.
24.18) Availability, suspension & termination #
- We may limit/suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse, or violation of terms.
- The license automatically terminates upon violation of the terms or deletion of the account. Upon termination, you must uninstall the application.
24.19) Accessibility #
We follow accessibility practices (readable fonts, adequate contrast, support for screen readers where possible). If you need accommodations, please write to us at contact@barbatulsuperior.ro.
24.20) Data costs & device resources #
Data traffic and operator costs (including roaming) are the responsibility of the user. Some functions (video, upload) may consume significant resources/battery.
24.21) Beta features & experiments #
Features marked "Beta" are provided "as is", may contain bugs, and may be retired at any time. We may collect aggregate technical data for improvement.
24.22) Open source components #
The application may include open-source components, subject to their licenses. The list and related licenses can be consulted in the "About/Licenses" screen in the application, if available.
24.23) Updates & changes #
We may release updates that improve security and functionality; some updates may be mandatoryContinued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms applied.
24.24) Recommended confirmations at checkout & registration #
- Courses / digital content / e-books: "I confirm that I request immediate access to the digital content and understand that, after activation of access/delivery/download, the product is non-refundable within the limits of the law."
- Coaching: "I confirm that payment reserves the time slot and availability of the coach and that the session/package is non-refundable if I do not attend, am late, do not use the service on time, or cancel later."
- Workshop / camp / retreat: "I confirm that registration blocks a limited space and that the fee is non-refundable after confirmation of payment, with the exceptions expressly provided by law or definitive cancellation by the Organizer."

BarbatulSuperior.ro may publish materials of a commercial nature (advertisements, sponsored content, reviews, partnerships). We practice transparency and we clearly mark such materials, in accordance with applicable commercial communication legislation.
25.1) Publication of advertorials #
Commercial items are explicitly marked with words such as "Advertorial","Partnerships","Paid collaboration” or equivalent formulas, at the beginning or near the content.
25.2) Content responsibility #
Content may be provided by partners or written by our team in collaboration with them. Opinions and recommendations are those of the authors/brands involved and do not necessarily reflect the position of MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRLPublication does not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the product or service promoted.
25.3) Copyright and licenses #
Partners guarantee that they own the necessary rights (texts, images, brands, logos, videos) and that the materials do not infringe the rights of third parties. By submitting the materials, the partner grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, for reproduction, adaptation, editing and distribution on our channels, exclusively for the purpose of publishing and promoting the article. The partner exempts MUAMMER SELFSERVICE SRL from any claims resulting from breach of these warranties.
25.4) Limitation of liability #

- Commercial relationships (sponsorships/affiliations) does not influence editorial assessments or conclusions; otherwise, we explicitly mention it.
- On third-party platforms (e.g. social media) we follow the marking rules (#ad, #advertising, "Paid partnership", etc.).
25.9) Corrections, updates & availability of offers #
- Prices, stock and partner promotions are subject to change without notice; the article may contain outdated information.
- We update or withdraw materials when we learn of significant changes, within the limits of resources.
- In the case of factual errors, we correct them within a reasonable time after notification.
