In case you didn't know, it's not good to procrastinate, or to do things without knowing when they will happen, until you act, and how you will act.
Of course, I'm not saying not to leave room for the unpredictable, or for relaxation, but too much relaxation keeps you stuck, that's why I recommend that, in case you don't know how to get started, or how to bring a small or major change to your life (here it depends on how serious you are with yourself and your work towards yourself) to start with an analysis, on your phone notes or with a notebook in front of you, to do an analysis, for example, put two columns:
(1): what I want to change about myself, my spirituality, my mindset or my physique.
(2): What is bad for me and toxic to me and I should give up that thing/things as quickly as possible.
After you have written these things down and you really know what you want to change or improve about yourself, you write down how you will start making these changes, creating a list thanks to which you will take action and know what to do, starting with something simple.
If you start directly with something radical, there is little chance that you will continuously complete these tasks until you reach your goal, so that your subconscious doesn't get in your way.
The subconscious doesn't really like changes, especially major ones, and such changes He will keep you tied to your comfort zone by making excuses..
It makes you distracted, giving you demotivation, sleepiness, or other states so that you don't start that major change, so we take it in small steps, with small and simple tasks, and you grow over time.
On the list you can write like this, now it depends on what you want to change:
-to train for an hour a day (I recommend doing a workout in advance and studying a little about it for the fastest results)
-eat one healthy meal a day
-to give up sugar
-to start meditating and researching spirituality for at least 30 minutes a day
And so, these were a few minor examples, these were the first things I wrote when I did my first analysis, maybe there will be others for you, after which, you will have to respect those tasks daily, to bring them to the level of automatism.
That means you can't go a day without completing them, it feels natural to do them, and you no longer need motivation to accomplish them.
★Write down your tasks on your phone and for each completed task, put ,,✅,, you will see how satisfied you will feel when you see them all checked off.
One more thing
Another tip, I've said this before, don't start with too many tasks, increase the number of tasks little by little, besides you won't finish them because of the pressure put on you.
If you start with a lot, you will also burn out. Burnout feels incredibly bad, through states of fatigue, demotivation, sadness, and can even lead to certain illnesses or negative thoughts.
Take it easy, if you stick to it you will get results, if not, give yourself a pat on the back and come back.
Start working on your self-confidence, your self-esteem, because your motivation is also related to this aspect. I invite you to take action with the mini pdf HOW TO BECOME CONFIDENT. You have everything you need there.,
As for future tasks, the present influences your future, start working today to fulfill your future task or mission, see you later, your friend "the transparent one".
