What is spirituality??
Each person has their own definition and vision of what spirituality is, but there is no set definition of this term. However, we have the freedom to give individual meaning to this term through the prism of our personal and transpersonal perceptions and experiences on this aspect.
It is wonderful and fascinating at the same time to have the awareness that you have complete freedom over your mind, body, and soul.
I would draw a fine line between what religion is and what spirituality is. I think we can come to the conclusion that there is a supreme creator, some call Him God, some call Him Allah, some call Him the Universe, who grants us this gift, to come to this planet in this form and to experience emotions and feelings with the blessing of being able to communicate them to each other.
If we think about all the other life forms on this planet, we can see that no other life form besides homo-sapiens has been able to establish a communication code (letters, numbers, hieroglyphs, etc.).
Religion upholds the truth of God, which we all need to appropriate if we desire the atonement of original sin and the salvation of our soul.
Spirituality, in my experience, supports the existence of the supreme creator, but offers the freedom to rediscover God's truth, to align it with your own truth, and to live it as is beneficial for you in a relationship of peace and harmony with others.
Spirituality leads you to do good because it will bring joy and love to your soul.
When I say this, I don't mean being in complete harmony when we have unfortunate events in our lives, I mean bringing your attention from the outside inward and asking yourself "what is this trying to teach me?"

Spirituality – mind, body and soul

We are made up of 3 bodies: the psychic body, the physical body, and the energy body.
In my experience, to reach inner harmony I needed to pay attention to all aspects of myself.
The physical body in spirituality
To have a healthy body, you need to start getting to know your body, to learn about it what is good for it and what is bad for it, from nutrition to exercise and how your body reacts to emotional stimuli, for example: where you feel anger, where you feel joy, where you feel guilt and in what form pain, the vibration of shivers, manifests itself in your body.
A very good guide and help for your physical body is the book The Great Dictionary of Diseases and Ailments written by Jacques Martel. The author of the dictionary has extensive experience as a psychotherapist and organizer of personal development workshops. The dictionary offers a symbolic perspective on diseases, considering them as manifestations of internal conflicts.
Understanding the symbols of diseases can facilitate their acceptance and integration, essential steps for healing. The dictionary can be used as a tool for oneself, family or those around them, as a complement to traditional or alternative therapies. The book offers an integration technique to facilitate changing negative attitudes, behaviors and thoughts that may contribute to the disease.
The psychic body in spirituality
From a psychological point of view, it is necessary to start knowing your behaviors and mental patterns. The more you know about yourself on a psychological level, the more awareness you will have about the things that happen to you in life and why. Any information stored in your memory will make sense later, and the more you read, the faster your brain will make synapses. This is what we mean when we use the term awareness.
Our brains have an amazing ability to change and adapt, even at an advanced age. This process, known as neuroplasticity, allows us to learn new information, develop new skills, and modify our behavior.
The subconscious mind plays a crucial role in determining our reality. It stores all of our programs, beliefs, and convictions that automatically influence our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
The energy body in spirituality
When we talk about the energy body, we can refer to a little quantum physics.
Quantum physics describes the behavior of matter and energy at the atomic and subatomic scale.
Quantum physics introduces the following concepts:
Quantum physics reveals that the universe is an interconnected system, where all particles are linked at a fundamental level. Everything vibrates at certain frequencies, including our bodies. Energy body theory suggests that this is a subtle field of energy that surrounds and permeates the physical body, influencing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
One of the fundamental concepts of quantum physics is the wave-particle duality, which states that matter can exhibit both wave and particle properties. The study was done by Maxwell Planck, Niels Bohr, and many other physicists. The energy body could be interpreted as a manifestation of this duality, in which energy can behave as a wave, influencing the environment, and as a particle, interacting with the physical body.
An intriguing aspect of quantum physics is wave function collapse, the phenomenon by which a quantum particle assumes a specific state at the moment of observation. Some physicists believe that consciousness is an important pawn in this process. This idea may be related to the concept of conscious observation in spiritual practice, where focusing attention can influence the body's energy.
Quantum entanglement describes a mysterious correlation between particles, regardless of distance, whereby the state of one instantly influences the state of another. This non-local connection could be analogous to the idea of universal interconnectedness present in many spiritual traditions, where our thoughts, emotions, and actions can have an impact beyond our physical bodies.
What researchers say about the connection between science and spirituality?

David R. Hawkins says in one of his books:
“In short, everything emits energy – either positive or negative. Intuitively, we can differentiate between a positive person (friendly, honest, polite) and a negative person (greedy, dishonest, hateful). Mother Teresa’s energy was clearly different from Adolf Hitler’s. Most people’s energy falls somewhere in between. Music, places, books, animals, intentions, and all living things emit energy that can be “calibrated” according to their essence and level of truth. “Like attracts like.” Different energies form “attractive patterns” or “levels of consciousness.” ”
Dr. Joe Dispenza, a neuroscientist and chiropractor, explains in one of his books that the philosopher René Descartes decided that all matter is controlled by objective laws belonging to science, and as for the human mind, it being too personal and subjective to be measured or calculated, it returns to the auspices of religion. “This concept of the separation of mind and matter (Cartesian dualism) was the mental framework that dominated Europe for centuries,” says Joe Dispenza.
Later, Einstein discovered a theory according to which energy also has a significant contribution to the formation of matter. After a series of experiments, physicists came to the conclusion that light is both a wave and a particle, leading to a scientific concept called quantum physics, according to which light behaves differently due to the influence of the person observing the phenomenon.
“The divergence between the laws of classical physics and those of quantum physics became even more pronounced when physicists realized that the tiny particles that make up atoms reacted to the mind of the observer,” says Joe Dispenza.
Which leads us to ask the following question: if those tiny particles react to the mind of the person observing, is there a very strong possibility that through the power of thought and intention we can influence the energy of our environment in relation to our own reality?
"Spiritual-scientific" practices that I have tried

Meditation in spirituality
Meditation is a powerful practice that can help us train our minds, access our inner potential, and create positive changes in our lives.
Instead of focusing on the past or the future, we focus our attention on the present moment.
We observe the thoughts and emotions that arise without judging or analyzing them.
We focus on positive emotions, such as love, joy, and gratitude.
By focusing our attention and emotions, we create a new energy field that corresponds to our intention. Our emotions have a significant impact on our body and mind. Positive emotions, such as love, joy, and gratitude, can increase our well-being and improve our physical health. Negative emotions, such as fear, anger, and sadness, can negatively affect our health and limit our potential.
Intention is a powerful force that can attract into our lives what we desire. By focusing our attention and energy on a specific intention, we can manifest it into reality.
Family constellations in spirituality
Family Constellations, also known as Family Orders or Systemic Family Therapy, are a holistic therapeutic approach developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger.
Fundamental principles
All family members are connected to each other through an invisible system. This connection manifests itself through intergenerational influences, even if we are not aware of them.
There is a natural order in the family. This order is defined by certain principles, such as respect, belonging, and hierarchy.
Family trauma and dysfunction can be passed on to future generations. When the natural order of the family is disrupted, emotional, relational, and behavioral problems can arise in the offspring.
It is possible to heal family trauma through awareness and recognition. Through Family Constellations, we can identify dysfunctional patterns in the family and heal them through acceptance, forgiveness, and reintegration.
Conversational hypnosis in spirituality
Conversational hypnosis, also known as Ericksonian hypnosis or non-directive hypnosis, is a more subtle and indirect approach to hypnosis compared to traditional hypnosis.
Hypnosis helps relax the body and mind, reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety.
It can be used to manage chronic or acute pain by distracting attention from the pain and changing how the brain perceives pain.
It can be used to increase concentration, motivation, and self-confidence in various areas.
Hypnosis can be a useful tool for overcoming unwanted habits and adopting healthier behaviors.
This can be used to facilitate access to subconscious resources and gain deeper insight into one's own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
regress in spirituality
“Regression therapy is the mental act of going back to a time in the past – whatever that time is – to access memories that are likely to continue to influence a patient’s life and that are likely the source of the patient’s symptoms. Hypnosis allows the mind to bypass conscious barriers to accessing this information, including those barriers that prevent patients from consciously accessing their past lives.” – Brian Weiss
The hypnotherapist will induce a state of hypnotic trance, using a variety of techniques, such as deep breathing, focused attention, or guided imagery.
Once the subject is in a trance, the hypnotherapist will ask questions to guide them in exploring memories from past lives.
At the end of the session, the hypnotherapist will help the subject return to a normal state of consciousness and discuss their experiences.
Holotropic Breathwork in Spirituality
Holotropic Breathwork is a deep breathing technique combined with music that induces expanded states of consciousness, with the aim of facilitating emotional and spiritual healing. It is a holistic approach that integrates elements from various spiritual traditions, as well as transpersonal psychology.
During a holotropic session, participants are guided through deep breathing and music specifically designed to induce states of consciousness. In these states, people can experience a wide range of emotions, memories, and physical sensations. The goal is to allow participants to explore their subconscious and release emotional blocks that may be preventing them from living a fulfilling life.
Wing – Wave in spirituality
Wing Wave is a holistic therapeutic method that combines techniques from various fields, such as energy psychology EFT, EMDR, coaching and neuroscience. The goal of the method is to release emotional and energetic blockages that may underlie emotional and behavioral problems, such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and phobias.
A variety of techniques are used to stimulate trigger points, such as light touch, tapping (light finger strokes), or breathing techniques.
.
Anchoring techniques are used to help the client develop internal resources that help them feel calmer, more confident, and more resilient to stress.
A Wing Wave session typically lasts approximately 60 minutes. The session generally begins with a discussion of the client’s issues and goals. The therapist will then use a variety of Wing Wave techniques to stimulate trigger points and help the client explore and process negative emotions. The session typically ends with a discussion of the client’s experience and recommendations for future sessions.
My spiritual journey has been full of challenges and wonderful and transformative experiences, but I think the most important one was faith, because without it I probably would have given up long ago, but I didn't, and for that I am incredibly proud of myself!
I have experienced all the therapeutic methods you read about above and many more besides, and let me tell you that each one has its own magic, each one works in a different and captivating way, and each one of these methods is another step forward in expanding your consciousness and healing your hurting soul.
Nothing comes by itself without effort, without taking action, but my question is:
Is it worth letting yourself be carried away by the power of your thoughts and intuition for a more harmonious life full of love and gratitude?
