Many men today and most people have poor integrity. What do I mean?
The fact that they end up being easily manipulated, provoked, ruin their day over nothing, lack strength, self-confidence, etc.
Weak integrity is when:
YOU TRY TO CONTROL:
- PAST and/or future: More precisely, you always bring up your past, like, look what happened to me, life is unfair to me, you victimize yourself and complain. You absolutely do not try to learn from your lessons, your mistakes from the past, and you constantly cling to it. Instead, with the future, you always try to control what you cannot control: other people and the weather. Why would you try to do that? Why do you want to anticipate things? You have no way of knowing what will happen until you get there, until you act.
2. Other people or the weather: Many men are always looking for the perfect response, what to say so as not to upset her, not to bother her, because they are trying to control the people in front of them, so that what they imagined doesn't happen (fear of rejection, perfectionism). You have no way of knowing, and especially when you start thinking about what to say, she will feel like you're trying to impress her.
This aspect is especially visible in relationships.
When you start to become jealous, possessive, you imagine things that have nothing to do with reality. You simply want to anticipate in case that person cheats on you or leaves you, but you don't realize that you're doing more harm than good.
YOU ARE TOO SENSITIVE / RIGID:
When you are too sensitive, you get angry immediately, you get angry immediately, you are recalcitrant, no one can tell you anything, and the female tests dominate you both literally and figuratively. You will always take the world's opinion at face value and believe everything you are told.
When you are stiff, you will not let anything enter your heart, you will become a robot, a stone wall. You will not smile, you will not be expressive, you simply will not live your life for fear of being disappointed, hurt.
You will no longer let another person come close to you and offer you love. You will no longer be able to have relationships. You will always attract people just like you.
From the things mentioned above, you will always be easily manipulated by other people because you do not have well-established emotional integrity and you run away from yourself, from what you truly feel.
You will be very easily dominated by women, and the roles will not be you the man and she the woman, it will be the other way around. She will do whatever she wants with you, and you will swallow it all. And guess what, a woman will not stay with a weak man for very long.
A woman wants a strong, confident man who knows how to lead her. You will always wonder why do women leave you or cheat on you, why they are not attracted to you, why they do not respect you, etc.

- start leaving the past behind, accepting it as it is, learning from mistakes and taking your lessons
- start to stop controlling the future, other people and the weather, do exactly what you feel and think
- start working on emotional integrity, not letting other people's opinions enter your mind, unless it is constructive
- start working on your self-confidence
- start working on self-esteem
- set principles that you will respect no matter what
