The subconscious represents our body.
Like a car. The shell is your body, your subconscious, and your brain is your engine. You can have a mind super full of information, productive things, but if your body (the shell) is rusty it can't handle what you're thinking (the engine).
The same applies the other way around. It's no use having a square body if your mind is "empty."
Self-love is very important!
First of all, we've all heard that saying "you are what you eat ".
Like, for example, you only eat fast food and sweets and expect to feel good.
No, it's not like that, your body gives you back what you give it (give it shit, that's what you'll get, give it healthy food, you'll have energy and feel happy.
So with our mind, you are what you think!
You give your brain and subconscious bad information, you look at Instagram, you watch all kinds of shows that do not help you in any way for your development, then you will have a life to match. Why? Because you do not evolve, you do not want to become the best version of yourself. You do not load your brain with useful things.
You don't exercise, you eat fast food and you're still on Instagram, be sure you'll end up depression.
You will stay in your comfort zone, but with those bad habits, you are just covering up some inner gaps that cannot be resolved that way.
Coping mechanisms
These habits are destructive, but they are called coping mechanisms. More precisely, coping mechanisms are those external factors that you cling to to fill that inner void or to run away from yourself!
For example, when you want to approach a woman in a club, you go out and drink. Why? Because you know that alcohol kills certain neurons that stop you from putting those emotional blocks in. Most men do that in a club, but guess what. You will always be based on alcohol. Your courage will be based on that thing, that external factor, but never on who you really are.
You just bury those inner voids with alcohol, cigarettes, food, etc. Inner voids are filled with love. By loving yourself and talking about love.
If not you, then who?
If you don't give love to both your brain and your body, who do you think is going to come help you? To do it for you?
I tell you NOBODY. Everything depends on you. This life depends on you!
Resolving these coping mechanisms and these inner gaps can be done by working with yourself. By offering self-love.
As a solution about self-love:
-> first of all accept the level you are at
-> start adding healthy routines and habits (no one is saying you shouldn't eat a pizza or watch a movie every now and then, but everything has to be done in balance, the same goes for your comfort zone, don't go out of it too much but don't stay there nonstop either, balance.
-> listen to music, music will help you a lot (not manele or other crap, music that inspires and motivates you)
-> stay with yourself for at least 1 hour a day, without a phone, without anything, just a pen and a piece of paper.
-> say you will succeed
-> stay focused on the solution, not the problem.
-> focus on the prize (goal), not on how hard it is to get there.
