Give yourself a grade, from 1 to 10, and see where you stand as a man. Both on (1) professional level (purpose in life), (2) physical, (3) mental, and (4) social status. Take their arithmetic average and see roughly where you need to work.
(1) Don't know what to do in life? Why were you brought to Earth? What are your passions? Find out, write down everything you like to do, what makes you feel good, how you don't notice the passing of time. There are various personality tests on the net, for example the Myers Briggs Test.
(2)Are you fat or don't look good physically? Go to the gym, eat healthy, take care of your body.
(3) Do you get angry too quickly? Do you think negatively as soon as you receive a refusal or is it given to you SEEN? Works at your emotional intelligence, don't judge yourself for the decisions you make, think positively regardless of the outcome.
(4) Do you want to be better known to the world? Socialize with the world, make new friends, communicate, take care of your image.
Stop blaming everyone around you for everything you don't have. It's just It's your fault because you're too lazy to work on yourself., invest in yourself, take classes or read personal development books, go to the gym.
P.S: I know how you walk past some men who look ugly physically and you see him with some hot girl next to him, if you judge, don't do it again.
1. You don't know what kind of parrot she has. 2. You don't know if the girl is good quality or not. 3. She may look bad physically, but the other 3 may be a 10.
